Now in its third year, the Human Potential Summit is a working session for leaders meeting talent challenges head-on and accelerating bold action. It brings together CEOs, CHROs, and other senior business and talent leaders alongside leading voices in education, workforce development, and philanthropy to exchange learnings, workshop solutions, and forge partnerships. Attendees share a commitment to placing human potential at the forefront of their talent strategies.
-
The Human Potential Network brings together senior business and workforce leaders to rethink how talent is hired, developed, and advanced. It is the premier community of innovative companies growing their business by reimagining hiring and upskilling at scale. It offers year-round programming to help business and talent leaders advance practical workforce strategies.
The Human Potential Summit is the annual flagship gathering of the Human Potential Network. As an invite-only gathering, it offers senior business and talent leaders an opportunity to come together in-person for two days of meaningful connection and collaboration. The Summit allows attendees to dive deeper into the Network’s key focus areas, reinforcing the Network’s year-round programming.

The 2026 Human Potential Summit builds on the programming of the Human Potential Network, exploring four themes relevant to talent transformation in today’s workplaces:
AI-readiness: preparing workforces for roles and responsibilities that are changing faster than traditional training and credentialing can keep up
Purpose-driven workplaces: building environments where engagement, retention, and performance improve because people find meaning in their work
New pathways into high-growth sectors: connecting overlooked talent to healthcare, logistics, hospitality, construction, and manufacturing at scale
Internal mobility and upskilling: developing the people already in your organization rather than defaulting to external hiring
As the Summit approaches, we’ll continue to update our Agenda page with session details.

Each session looks a little different, but they share one thing in common: you'll be doing more than listening. Across the Summit, you can expect a mix of:
Interactive workshops with real-time problem-solving and collaboration with peers.
Case studies where leaders share the practical challenges, pivots, and breakthroughs behind their most successful initiatives—and walk you through how to apply those lessons in your own organization.
Peer cohort meetings where smaller groups go deeper on shared challenges and build relationships that outlast the Summit.
Keynotes designed to leave you with something to act on, not just something to think about.
Optional field trips to nearby employers doing some of the most interesting talent work in the region.
The mix is intentional: each day weaves these formats together so you're learning, working, and building relationships. Our goal is that you gain even more clarity on the work that will continue when you go home.
Visit our Agenda page to learn more about last year’s sessions and stay tuned for more details about this year’s programming soon! -
Field trips are immersive, on-site visits to regional employers seeding innovation in the Salt Lake City region. This year, field trips will take place the afternoon of Wednesday, October 21, before the Summit officially kicks off. This allows field trip attendees to experience the best of both worlds: learning more about the innovative work of a regional employer while not missing any of the Summit’s programming on Thursday or Friday.
Last year, the Summit offered field trips to employers such as Stadler Rail U.S., where participants got a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s advanced manufacturing youth apprenticeship program.
Field trips are optional, have limited capacity, and require sign-up in advance. We will email registrants with more details about this year’s field trips, including how to sign up, by July. -
The Summit is designed for leaders who are ready to participate and engage. Given the interactive nature of the Summit’s sessions, we hope you’re excited to share your ideas, challenge assumptions, and learn alongside peers across sectors. We encourage you to be fully present during programming: disconnecting from your day-to-day work, silencing your phones, and stepping away from side conversations. After the early evening receptions, nights will be unscheduled, allowing for informal networking, dinners with peers, exploring downtown Park City, or personal time to recharge.
As with anything—but especially a collaboration-centered convening like this one—you’ll get out of it what you put in. Lean into this experience and help us make the Summit a shared success!
Registration and Attendance
-
The Summit brings together 300 visionary leaders who are passionate about unlocking human potential, ready to implement innovative solutions, and bring talent transformation to scale. It is structured specifically for people whose primary roles involve hiring, developing, and advancing people and teams in the workplace.
These leaders include:Mission-driven CEOs championing new approaches to workforce, looking to scale strategies through collaboration and visibility
Chief Human Resource Officers and senior HR leaders advancing inclusive, human-centered talent strategies to maximize performance and competitiveness
Forward-thinking business and operations leaders driving tactical talent solutions to improve performance and unlock business value.
Executives in philanthropy, education, government, and workforce development supporting business-led talent transformation through partnership, training, and regional initiatives.
In short, the Summit works best when attendees are in a position to make decisions, test approaches, and be accountable for what happens next. To maximize impact, companies will be encouraged to send two or three cross-functional attendees (for example: a business leader and a talent leader, or a decision-maker and executor) to foster stronger alignment between strategic priorities and the plan used to accomplish them. This multi-attendee model helps ensure that insights gained at the Summit can be rapidly translated into action and scaled across the enterprise. -
Due to the Summit’s intimate format and limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only. If you’re invited, you’ll receive an email from connect@humanpotentialsummit.co with a unique link to register.
A limited number of spots will be available for those who express interest in attending through our web portal soon. The web portal includes a few questions to learn more about you and your interest in the Summit, including describing your work and a talent initiative or idea that you’re currently working on and hope to grow at the Summit. -
While we’re not able to guarantee invitations from one year to the next, it means a lot when past attendees want to return! We do reserve a portion of seats for those who express their interest in attending through our web portal, which will be available soon. And, of course, we encourage you to participate in the Human Potential Network’s year-round community. We appreciate your contributions to the field!
-
Attendees who express interest through the website portal should expect to hear back about their attendance status by mid-August.
-
We value and welcome every leader who is passionate about furthering human potential.
