Delta Air Lines: Skills-First Hiring, Reimagined

At Salt Lake City Airport*

Go behind the scenes of airline operations for an immersive look at how one of the country's largest airlines rebuilt its talent strategy from the ground up. Hear from Delta’s talent leaders and frontline employees across multiple roles to understand what it really looks like to build internal mobility systems that put skills first. You'll dig into the mechanics behind pathways like Propel and TechOps AMT, and leave with a real playbook for building skills-first career onramps in your own organization.

*Whereas all other offsite Immersion Experiences leave from the Grand Hyatt, those wishing to attend the Delta Air Lines experience should plan to stay at the airport upon arrival on Wednesday. We recommend booking travel so that you arrive at the SLC airport by 12:30pm MT. We will arrange for secure storage of luggage and begin at 1:00pm.
