Express Interest in Attending or Refer A Colleague

The 2026 Human Potential Summit will convene 300 trailblazing leaders for a curated, two-day experience tailored to senior decision-makers ready to break down silos and solve challenges that no single sector can tackle alone.

This is not your typical conference.

There are no expo halls, no panels, and no sessions designed simply to fill time between networking breaks. It's two days of cohort conversations and working sessions, structured specifically for leaders who are actively making decisions about how to hire, develop, and advance talent in the workplace. Attendees are not “audience members”; they’re contributors to both the content and the value their peers take away from attending. The room is kept deliberately small to foster rich dialogue and deeper connection among the people working to recognize greater human potential at work.

Who the Summit is designed for

The Summit is primarily for employers: CEOs, CHROs, and senior talent and operations leaders from medium- to large-sized companies who are actively thinking about how talent is identified, cultivated and improved. The Summit is also for innovative ecosystem partners in education, workforce, and philanthropy who are actively rethinking how talent is hired, developed, and advanced. We're looking for people whose work touches one or more of the challenges the Network is organized around:

  • AI readiness: preparing workforces for roles and responsibilities that are changing faster than traditional training and credentialing can keep up.

  • Purpose-driven workplaces: building environments where engagement, retention, and performance improve because people find meaning in their work.

  • New pathways into high-growth sectors: connecting overlooked talent to healthcare, logistics, hospitality, construction, and manufacturing at scale.

  • Internal mobility and upskilling: developing the people already in your organization rather than defaulting to external hiring.

If your day-to-day involves leading workforce strategy, running talent programs, managing the pipelines that move people into and through careers, and connecting education systems to employers, the Summit is designed specifically for you.

A note on fit

We receive more interest than we have seats. Additionally, not everyone who expresses interest will be aligned with the target profiles for the Summit.

The Summit works best when everyone in attendance is in a position to make decisions, test approaches, and be accountable for what happens next. If your current role is primarily research, consulting, or advisory without direct practitioner responsibility, the Summit's format may not be the best use of your time. The Human Potential Network's year-round programming, including webinars, work streams, and peer discussions, may offer you usable insights and connections.

Similarly, the Summit is not intended to facilitate business development. There are no product demonstrations, sponsored sessions, or opportunities to pitch services to attendees. If your goal in attending is to reach prospective clients or customers, we'd be doing you a disservice by not being upfront about the lack of opportunity to do so.

Have someone in mind you think would be the perfect fit?

If you know someone who is in a role doing innovative work along these lines and you believe they belong in the conversation, we'd love to hear who and why. A recommendation isn't a guarantee of an invitation, but your instincts can help us build the right room.

What happens next

All recommendations and expressions of interest are reviewed by our team, and we'll be in touch with potential participants no later than September 1, 2026 with next steps. Not every submission results in an invitation for this year's Summit, but if the timing or the fit isn't right, we invite you to join the Human Potential Network for more ways to meaningfully engage.
